| Ikuhara is one of the most respected anime directors not only in Japan, but around the world as well. Best known for his work on the popular "Sailor Moon" series, Ikuhara'smost recent project, "Revolutionary Girl Utena", has brought together a talented group of artists and directors. Shoujo manga artist Chiho Saito, who has had more than 10 million copies of her comics published, was brought on board. Scenario writer, Youji Enokido with his modern views and character designer Shinya Hasegawa, best known for his vibrant and sensual characters also joined the group. Completing the group is the veteran composer and stage director J.A. Seazer, who has worked with Shuji Terayama for "Tenjou Sajiki" in the past. | ||
 This creative team of talented individuals was named "Be-papas" Together they accepted the challenge of producing an experimental image work.In the end, a radical art piece named "Adolescence Mokushiroku" was created.
